Returns & Refund Policy

Everything you need to know about returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges for VELMONT-OFFICIAL orders.


Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
After this period, orders enter our processing and preparation stage and can no longer be cancelled.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.


Shipping in Progress
If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded while in transit.
Customers must wait until the product is delivered before submitting a return request according to the policy below.


Return Window
Customers have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return.

Return requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.


Products Eligible for Return
Returned products must meet the following conditions:
• Unused and unworn
• In the original packaging
• All tags, accessories, and protective materials included
• In perfect condition, without scratches, marks, or signs of use

Jewelry and watches must be returned in their original condition.


Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
• Customized or engraved items
• Used or worn products
• Items returned without original packaging
• Opened hygiene-related products (when applicable)


Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping responsibility depends on the customer’s location:
• EU Mainland: Free return using our prepaid return label
• UK & USA: Customer responsible for return shipping costs
• Rest of the World: Customer responsible for return shipping costs


Refund Method
Once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, the refund will be issued in the form of store credit.
Store credit will be provided as a unique digital code sent via email, which can be used on www.velmont-official.com for future purchases.
The value of the store credit will equal the price paid for the returned product.


Return Processing Time
After the returned item arrives at our warehouse, please allow 5–10 business days for inspection and processing.
Once the return is approved, the store credit code will be sent by email.


Exchanges (Size or Color)
If you need a different size or color:

  1. Initiate the standard return process
  2. Place a new order for the desired item
  3. Use your store credit code during checkout

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the product and packaging

Our team will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.


Fraud Prevention
VELMONT-OFFICIAL reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of this return policy.
