During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Customers may choose an express delivery option during checkout:

Free Premium Shipping
Orders of $500.00 or more qualify for FREE Premium Shipping.

Please note:
• Free Premium Shipping applies only to the standard shipping method.
• The UPS Premium Insured Express (5–7 Day Delivery) option is not included in this promotion.
• If the express option is selected at checkout, the €17.99 shipping fee will still apply.


Tracking
Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Tracking may take 24–72 hours to become active.
For some routes, a local tracking number will appear once the package reaches the destination region.


Customs & Duties
Customs processing is handled by local authorities and may occasionally extend transit time.
VELMONT-OFFICIAL cannot control customs inspections or delays caused by customs authorities.

Incorrect Address / Missed Delivery
Please double-check your address at checkout to avoid delivery issues.
If a delivery is missed, the carrier may:
• Attempt re-delivery, or
• Hold the parcel at a local office for pickup.


FAQ — Why is my tracking not updating?
This may occur when the parcel is in transit between logistics hubs or undergoing customs inspection at the border.
Once the package clears customs, tracking updates usually resume within 24–72 hours.


FAQ — Can I change my address after ordering?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible at velmont.shop@outlook.com and we will do our best to update the address.


FAQ — What if my package is delayed?
Please contact us with your order number at velmont.shop@outlook.com.
We will check the shipment status with our logistics partners and provide the best available solution.
